: Securities traders must submit the following financial statements and reports to the Securities Board within four months of the end of the financial year, in addition to the profit and loss balance sheet of the previous financial year:-
(a) Cash Flow Statement,
(b) Details of Securities Transactions
(c) Reports on Management's Opinions or Responses to Securities Transactions,
(d) Other details prescribed by the Board.
